This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Nearmap US, Inc. ("Nearmap", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website and other online products and services, or when you otherwise interact with us.

This policy was last updated on 1 February 2023. We might change this Privacy Policy from time to time and any updates to our Privacy Policy will be published on our website. If you continue to use our website after we change our Privacy Policy, you will be taken to have accepted the new Privacy Policy.  We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access our website or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. By visiting our website, requesting a quote, renewing or using any of our products or services or providing us with your personal information, you agree to your personal information being collected, held, used and disclosed as set out in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, cookies allow us to remember which Nearmap image you were viewing when you last visited our website. Cookies do not capture or track any personal information.
